Opening Session: August 14, 2017 (12pm - 6pm, SEH B1270)
Mid-Point Review: August 21, 2017 (30 minute scheduled individual meetings, Duques 259)
Closing Session: August 25, 2017 (12pm - 6pm, SEH B1270)

All early-stage technology innovators and entrepreneurs from the region are encouraged to apply.

STEM-based GW teams are eligible for $3,000 grants for customer discovery and prototyping (with pre-approval) through the GW I-Corps Site program.

I-Corps is a cohort-based experience and participants work together and learn from each other as well as from their customers, partners, and other key stakeholders. There is extensive work done outside of the classroom. In addition to the in-person classes, participants should expect to spend another 10-15 hours per week on customer discovery and course assignments.

This short course introduces participants to the key concepts and methodologies used in I-Corps, which is the rigorous market assessment and validation program pioneered by the National Science Foundation. Teams that successfully complete this course will be eligible to apply for either the NSF I-Corps program or the regional DC I-Corps program.
